My payment has failed, how can I keep using Journal?

It happens, don't worry.
If your payment has failed because you didn't have enough funds in your account at the time the payment was collected, or because your card has changed, don't worry.
Your payment for Journal is collected through Stripe. If you are still using the same card details, simply add funds to the account and the amount will be collected by Stripe in a few days.

If your bank details have changed, simply log into Journal and go to the settings cog and change your payment details.
